What's On In Oban - April

What's on in Oban

Hello April! Spring truly is in fling and there are some great events going on in Oban. With Easter weekend on the horizon, we’ve put together a list of some of our favourite events in Oban for a great Spring Break…

Lorn Community Producers Market
Fancy a spot of shopping? The Lorn Community Producers Market brings together local food, crafts and skills. Frequent stallholders include local produce such as, meat, fish, baking, jewellery, silk scarves, paintings and more!

Easter Holiday Family Fun Workshops: 1-10years
Bringing the kids to Oban for Easter Break? The Creation Station are holding family fun workshops including Spring & Easter crafts. From £5 per child (plus discount for 3 or more siblings) it’s a great day for the kids to get creative, without the mess to clean up afterwards!

Coll Bird Festival
The Coll Bird Festival event offers an insight into the work on the island’s bird reserve and provides guided walking through the island to learn about key species. There’s also an optional boat trip to Lunga!

Oban & Lorn Strathspey & Reel Society Concert
Music lover? Make sure to check out the Strathspey & Reel Society Concert. Featuring guest musician Mary Ann Kennedy! It’s set to be a great night and there’s an option of discounted family tickets.

Art Exhibition: Magical Islands
Lucy Johnstone is a young, exciting artist who also hosts workshops on request. Visit her exhibition “Magical Islands” for a cultural take on your Easter Break. What’s more? It’s FREE!

Make sure to check out more events on the Oban Town Diary Website.
